This is a plein air painting from a December afternoon. Painted from the breezeway at the Flamingo Visitor Center in Everglades National Park. The tide was completely out when I started, then was coming in during the afternoon while I was painting. Ospreys and pelicans were flying about, and some dolphins even came close.
