A plein air painting at McLoon's Lobster Shack in South Thomaston, Maine. I painted here in the early evening on a foggy overcast day. The bright red of McLoon's made a nice contrast against all the grays of the sky and the pines. The boats are coming into the harbor and bringing their catch of lobsters, so if hungry, you can go get a tasty lobster roll or fresh steamed lobster.
