Painted at the Polasek Museum Garden by Lake Osceola during the 2018 Winter Park Paint Out.  This was my first painting during the WPPO and I was scheduled to paint on the Polasek grounds that Monday morning.  It was a very overcast day with a threatening gray clouds and a 90% chance of rain forecast.  I was looking for someplace colorful to paint since it was so gray and gloomy that morning.  After looking at the dopplar radar, I figured I had a few hours of dry weather and maybe scattered showers before the really bad storms, so I decided to go for it and paint this favorite cypress tree and the flower garden by the lake.
